As Real Agents we love it when we find positive real estate market news and being able to announce the good news to our clients. However there are times when we need to forward not-such-good news about the market. Case in point, last Sunday Scott Pelley of “60 Minutes” reports an epidemic of forged and missing mortgage documents prompting lawsuits and could slow down the weak housing market. Sigh.
